Our Services

Virtual Group Training

45-minute virtual workout with me correcting form, teaching you the exercise, progressing/regressing movements all done through a video call. My jokes will not cost you extra : )

Nourishment Program

A-Detailed meal plan based on nourishing your body so your goals and lifestyle will be maintainable and sustainable (food allergies, intolerances, eating schedule, challenges considered)

Training Program

4 week program. 3 weeks of consistent workouts and 1 week of recovery. This will be based on where you will be working out, your goals, and your current capabilities.

Private Virtual Workout

1-v-1 session to address pain discomforts, a workout routine while fixing and correcting form, or to teach you a new movement pattern so you can do it safely and effectively.

Accountability Check-ins

Weekly check-in where we review your progress, goals, set new habits and strategies and make sure that you stay consistent with your routine. There are two check ins a week

3 Simple Ways to Get Started

1️⃣ 30-Second Sprints + Walks – Sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 1-2 minutes. Repeat 5-10 times (15-20 min total).
2️⃣ Walk or Jog for 30 Minutes – Head outside (or treadmill) at a steady pace 2-3x a week.
3️⃣ 5-Minute Cardio Circuit – Jumping jacks, squats, and step-ups for 1 min each. Rest 1 min. Repeat 3-4 rounds.
