Our Services

Virtual Group Training

45-minute virtual workout. Prop up your camera and i will take you through a full workout Assuring you are doing every movement right. This is done through google meets or to start off Facetime.

Nourishment Program

Nourishment is the foundation for energy. This comes with a meal plan, grocery list of nourishing foods, and statagies and habits to work on for that month with goals in mind!

Training Program

1 month Exercise program with cardio and a recovery week!  Based on where you will be working out, avaible equipment, goals, and your current capabilities.

Private Virtual Workout

Specialized 1-on-1 session to address pain, discomforts, or to teach you a new movement pattern so you can do it safely and effectively on your own without risk of injury or confusion.

Accountability Check-ins

If the teacher doesnt check your homework are you going to do it? Weekly check-in to review your progress, goals, and set new habits and strategies to make sure you stay consistent with your routine. Two check-ins a week.
