You don’t need a perfect restart.

You need something you can return to. A little movement. A nourishing meal. Someone who encourages you to show up again. Fall Back Into Fitness brings those pieces together through movement, nourishment and positive social interaction.

Small habits = Big Wins. The goal is to build consistency you can carry into the rest of the year and beyond.

JustMove: make the first step manageable.

A five-minute routine can make starting feel possible on a busy day. Choose from twelve approved five-minute movement and recovery options on the hub: BeHealthy JustMove: Standard BeHealthy Lfp, Lower Body Lfp, Upper Push Lfp, Posture & Back Lfp, Just Get Moving Cardio Lfp, Standard Warm-Up and Standing Warm-Up; BeHealthy Feel Good: Foam Rolling and Massage Gun; VacationCapable: Running Spider Dog (RSD); ApocalypseReady StayStrong: Explosiveness Lfp and Controlled Sprint Lfp. Choose a suitable option within your Coach-approved limits. Demonstrations and the timer are on the hub. Complete one qualifying five-minute session for up to one point per day, seven per week total; extra routines do not earn another daily point. Stop all exercise and contact Coach Eric if you are unsure about a movement.

Bring a pal or connect with a coach. The approved 2026 rules and activity limits are published on the challenge hub. Shared workouts can qualify for connection points. Eligible submitted activities contribute to your provisional score; supporting proof, eligibility and final prize allocation remain subject to Coach verification.

EatWell: build a routine you can repeat.

First-meal protein goal: 30g for women and 40g for men. Meet the target in your first meal of the day for 1 point per day, up to 5 points per week. Find simple meal ideas on the hub.

Use the challenge to pay attention to your nourishment habits and plan ahead. Share ideas, ask questions and learn from the community. Use the linked Lft community for encouragement and questions throughout the challenge.

Positive social interaction: bring your people.

Invite coworkers, friends or family. Workplaces can form named teams and challenge other companies. Every registration starts as an individual entry. If you are already registered, email Coach Eric with your company or team name and participating coworkers’ names. Coach Eric confirms team assignments before team scoring begins; final team eligibility and scoring rules are forthcoming.

Coaches, yoga instructors and wellness professionals can use the challenge to reconnect with clients who could use a supportive restart. Move with them, encourage consistency and share the experience.

One place for what you need.

The 2026 challenge hub is the home for registration, weekly updates, rules, workouts, confirmed prizes and community access. The Lft WhatsApp community link is available on the hub. Ask Coach Eric for help finding challenge conversations.

Public signup closed November 1 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern. Existing participants can use the hub for daily check-ins, workouts and updates. Contact Coach Eric about your existing entry or any onboarding question. The warm-up ran October 25–31 with no points. Points start on your signup date, no earlier than November 1. For participants who signed up on November 1, qualifying activities from that day can count within the approved limits; earlier activities do not receive retroactive credit. Challenge points run November 1–21, in three weeks: November 1–7, 8–14 and 15–21. November 22 is submission only, with a deadline of 11:59 PM Eastern and no points earned that day. Winners will be announced Thursday, November 26, at 11:00 AM Eastern.

Current status: the 2026 challenge-community link, workouts and daily tracker are available on the hub. The approved maximum is 47 points per week. The twelve movement and recovery choices are published. Use the embedded daily activity tracker on the hub: enter your exact Lft Client ID and full name, and check all qualifying activities completed that day in one submission. Save your ID and copy and paste it so your entries match your record. Since November 5 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern, the actual server-recorded submission date in Eastern time determines the scoring day. Participants no longer select an activity date in the daily check-in. Submit on the day you complete the activity. After that cutoff, late-submission exceptions are not available. Timed sessions use their server-recorded completion date. The daily tracker does not require your registration email. Email is still required for the separate registration and payment flow. Your score so far is provisional. Keep supporting proof available for final verification before prizes are awarded. The hub publishes the approved prize-choice order and tie-break process alongside all eleven confirmed prizes. Coach verifies evidence, eligibility and final prize allocation; unresolved assessment cases require Coach review.
