How to Fair

These clowns are great at making things look better than they are.

Fall fairs are fun. But don’t be fooled!🎪

The Trick Behind the Treats

That fried dough, the deep-fried Oreos, the “monster” milkshake stacked with candy bars, all looks cool in pictures. It smells great walking by.

But when you finally cave and take a bite?

You’re over it by the second or third bite.

It wasn’t that good. It never is.

You got tricked… again.

So, What Do You Actually Like?

Imagine it’s your birthday.

Money’s no issue. You can eat anything.

What’s on your plate???? Think answer then read!

Chances are, it’s something like:

  • Steak, mashed potatoes, carrots

  • Chicken Mashed potatoes vegetables
  • Lobster, rice, asparagus

  • Grilled salmon with roasted vegetables

Real food.

A protein, carb, and vegetables  followed by dessert to celebrate.

When you have time to think, you almost mostly choose foods that taste and make you feel good.

Not deep-fried cookie dough on a stick.

So, Here’s How to Fair

✅ 1. Start the Day Right

  • Eat a high-protein breakfast: You’ll be energized and burn more calories all day.

  • Hydrate early: Sip on Lft-Limeade, water with salt + lime + maple, or electrolytes.

➡️ Lack of hydration makes you crave food and alcohol.

Your body is thirsty, not hungry,  it tricks you into consuming more to fill the void.

✅ 2. Don’t Fall for Fried

  • Be real: It’s not worth it.

  • If you absolutely have to try something, split it with a friend.

  • Toss it after 2 bites if it’s not amazing. Don’t keep eating it just because you paid for it.

👉 Just because you ordered it doesn’t mean you need to finish it.

The real win is remembering the mistake and not making it again.

Instead, look for:

  • Grilled meat or seafood

  • Roasted corn

  • Fruit or veggie stands

You can almost always find real food — you just have to look.

✅ 3. Move. Play. Make Memories.

Don’t just walk around thinking about what to eat next.

🎯 Play a game

🏀 Shoot a basketball

🎯 Throw a football

🎡 Laugh, lose, win , who cares?

You’re building memories and giving your body movement and will make you feel better than any overpriced funnel cake ever could.

Enjoy the Fall, Without Falling Off

Fairs are awesome. They’re social. They’re nostalgic.

They remind us why autumn might be the best season of all.

So go.

🍁 Be outside.

👟 Move your body.

🧃 Stay hydrated.

💪 Build Strong Lasting Memories

And when the clown food tries to trick you again?

Smile, nod, and keep walking.

Stay Strong. EatWell. Just Move.
