Do it for You. Happy Fathers Day!

this one’s for you.

You don’t do it for praise.

You make the tough calls.

You do the heavy Lfting.

You show up—because it’s what’s right.

Often, there’s no applause. Just expectations.

That’s why today’s message is simple: Do it for yourself.

Do it so when you look back, you’ll know—

With the hand you were dealt,

you played it with heart, with love, and with selfless intention.

It’s okay to be recognized too—so:

Happy Freaking Father’s Day!

And to the men who aren’t our fathers, but helped shape us into who we are—this is to them too.

Eric Henry is the mastermind behind Lft. His passion began as an exercise physiologist at Marcus Cardiac Rehab in Danbury, CT, where he monitored patients’ EKGs, prescribed cardio programs, and took the extra step to implement strength training. The feedback was powerful. Patients reported feeling better and moving more freely.
